Working with IndyCAN

Indianapolis Congregation Action Network (IndyCAN) has a strong learning culture, including staff development and coaching opportunities as well as PICO regional and national trainings. We place a high priority on personal learning, relationship building, and creating a strong multi-ethnic, multi-faith and multilingual organization.

IndyCAN is training the next generation of prophetic leaders to transform people, institutions and public systems to live out a divine vision for racial and economic equity that upholds the dignity of each person and recognizes our common destiny. Organizing teams in more than 20 congregations engage tens of thousands of people across Central Indiana to advance the Opportunity for All Platform, including: stop the over criminalization of people of color by ending mass incarceration and gun violence, open up dignified jobs, build regional transportation and provide a pathway to citizenship for 11 million aspiring Americans.
